Email SoundBeam support

Write to support@leafautomation.ai. Leaf Automation support aims to reply within two business days.

Before you write

  • Confirm the iPhone runs iOS 17 or later.
  • Include the SoundBeam version and build shown in the App Store.
  • Describe the last action that worked and the first action that failed.
  • Do not send an audio file, password, verification code, or other private content.

If a file will not import

  1. Open the file in Apple's Files app to confirm that it is available on the iPhone.
  2. If the file is in iCloud, wait for its download to finish.
  3. Open SoundBeam, choose Play, then import the file again.
  4. Try another common audio file to tell whether the problem belongs to one file.

If playback is silent

  1. Use the AirPlay button on the Play tab and select This iPhone.
  2. Raise the iPhone volume and start the track again.
  3. Set the equalizer to Flat and turn bypass on.
  4. Close and reopen SoundBeam if playback still does not start.

If AirPlay does not show a speaker

  1. Confirm that the iPhone and speaker use the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. Confirm that the speaker supports AirPlay 2 and appears in Control Center.
  3. Start playback in SoundBeam, then open the AirPlay picker again.
  4. Restart the speaker and iPhone if it is also missing from Control Center.

SoundBeam does not scan for or select speakers itself. iOS owns the AirPlay picker and can group compatible AirPlay 2 outputs. Bluetooth Classic supports one output at a time.

Equalizer scope

The ten-band equalizer changes audio played by SoundBeam. It cannot change Music, podcasts, calls, or audio from another app. If a preset sounds unchanged, test with This iPhone first, use a full-range track, and compare Flat with Bass Boost.

Privacy and accessibility

Read the SoundBeam privacy policy. For help using VoiceOver, larger text, dark mode, or another iPhone accessibility feature, describe the screen and control that caused trouble in your support email.
