A daily active user is anyone who runs a Branch function that day. Open AutoCAD without running Branch? Doesn't count. The threshold is “did you actually use it.”

At month-end we average your daily user count across all weekdays. Multiply by $299. That's the bill. Minimum floor of $299/mo — nothing below that.

The honest fine print
- Minimum bill: $299/mo. Even if no one uses Branch in a given month, the floor is one DAU. Cancel anytime to stop billing.
- DAU is averaged across weekdays only (Mon–Fri) within the calendar month — weekends don't count, so quiet Saturdays don't drag your average down.
- Crunch week example: 6 engineers each run Branch on 3 days during a busy stretch, then nothing for the rest of a 22-weekday month. Your DAU = (6 × 3) ÷ 22 ≈ 0.82, billed at the $299 minimum.
- Steady-state example: A 5-engineer firm where ~2 people use Branch daily averages 2.0 DAU → $598/mo. Add a third regular user → $897/mo.
