Branch supports four solar drafting workflows in AutoCAD. Start with the palette, the recommended way to drive Branch step by step. Ground Mount is validated end-to-end today; Rooftop and SolarEdge are experimental.
Palette Workflow (recommended)
The step-by-step palette is how we recommend driving Branch. Ground Mount is production; Rooftop and SolarEdge are experimental.
Ground Mount Workflow
Design ground-mounted arrays with portrait-oriented panels. Validated end-to-end.
Rooftop Workflow (experimental)
Rooftop systems with landscape-oriented panels. Wired up but not yet validated end-to-end, so use with care.
SolarEdge Workflow (experimental)
SolarEdge optimizer designs and PDF import. Present but not yet validated end-to-end.
